In-House aluminum fabrication includes CNC routers, brake presses, shears and welders to produce all necessary parts internally.
25″ Diameter pontoon logs constructed from .080 aluminum sheet are standard. They include full solid keel and the baffles have drain holes so they are fully serviceable. Schrader valves are installed to pressure test the logs and insure there are no leaks.
.190 Aluminum transom on all Bentley & Elite Models standard
Bentley & Elite models come standard with a 32 gallon composite fuel tank mounted in the transom.
.190 aluminum hat channel crossmembers are used at the rear transom/ motor mount area to provide ultimate strength. All crossmembers are through-bolted to the risers and transom using locking fasteners.
Aluminum rails and gates are CNC cut and jig built to insure accurate & consistent dimensions. We use 1.25″ aluminum extrusion and all corners are mitered at 90 degrees to prevent pinch points.
In house powdercoating provides a high quality finish on all rails and ladders.
Prepainted .040 aluminum panels are inserted into the rails using foam and 2 sided tape to prevent rattle.
All boats go through a thorough QC process.
The QC inspection team tests all gauges, wiring, and electrical components prior to completion.
Bimini canvas is made in house and installed on the bimini frame to insure proper fit and quality.
Playpen/ Mooring covers are made in house and installed at the factory to insure proper fit and quality.
